Dafna specializes in commercial and high-tech law, a field that is much in demand given Israel’s global-reaching, thriving high-tech industry.
She joined KLaw in 2016 after completing her legal training at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co., with an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University.

As well as negotiating commercial and investment agreements, Dafna also advises clients on venture lending arrangements and incentive option plans, and manages tax reports for venture capital clients both within Israel and abroad, in accordance with CRS and FATCA requirements.

Dafna’s excellent communication skills and commitment to providing the most reliable, innovative and thorough legal solutions ensure that her clients’ affairs are managed with the highest standards of professionalism.

Dafna is fluent in both Hebrew and English.
